By commissioning me, you agree to the terms and conditions written out on this site, please be sure to read them before ordering!

~ PROCESS ~

  1. Please fill out the google form or contact me through discord @eiceria

  2. I will reach out after reviewing your request and give you a quote for your commission. After we have agreed on a price I will send you an invoice to your PayPal e-mail

  3. After payment is received, I will provide you with a sketch within 3 to 10 days (time varies depending on the complexity of the commission)

  4. Once you receive the sketch, we make any major changes needed. Please take in mind that once you approve of the sketch only minor details can be modified

  5. After payment, I’ll start working on your commission. Completion times might take between 3 days to a month depending on the complexity of the commission

  6. Once it is completed, I’ll send you a google drive link or e-mail with your files. Feel free to let me know if there are any minor details you would like me to change

~ TERMS OF SERVICE ~

● The commission work is only for personal use. Client may not resell the image to third parties or make profit from the commission.
● Client may not claim the artwork as their own.
● Client is not allowed to remove signature / watermark on the artist's artworks.
● Client may not edit or alter the artwork without the artist's consent.
● A full payment will be made upon client's approval on the sketch(es). Payments will be made through PayPal and in USD only.

『 COMMISSION PROCESS 』

● Upon sending a commission request, the client will be contacted.
● A confirmation of price from the client is needed before the artist starts sketching.
● Client will receive sketch(es) within 3 days or more after confirming the price of the commission.
● A full payment will be made upon client's approval on the sketch(es). An invoice will be sent to the client's email.
● Updates can be requested during the process.
● Client has the right to request up to 3 minor edits after the commission is finished.
● Commission will be finished within 3 weeks starting from the payment date unless otherwise discussed.
● If client needs the commission to be completed prior to the deadline given, a rush fee will be charged (an additional 50% of the total commission price)

『 COMMERCIAL WORK 』

In case the commission is used to produce commercial merchandise(s), the fee will be an additional 100% to 300% of the original pricing depending on the commission. If you wish to hire me for commercial work, please contact me by email to discuss details.

『 CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS 』

The artist has the right to decline any commission request and / or cancel an on-going commission. If cancellation occurs, full to partial refund shall be given depending on the progress made on the commission.
Note: Chances of cancelling a commission from my part are rare. But, if cancellation does occur, it would probably be due to either me, the artist unable to complete the commission due to external factors or if the client is being uncooperative.
